Sen. Markwayne Mullin is appearing before the Committee on Homeland Security after President Donald Trump nominated him to replace Kristi Noem​ as the Homeland Security Secretary.

Markwayne Mullin faced questions Wednesday from the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.

“In the days after the fight, you did many interviews in which you justified the violence as historically justified by precedents such as caning and dueling,” said Paul.
